Care Coordination takes place in many different locations. 

For waiver services, we meet in homes, service agencies, coffee shops, wherever our clients are most comfortable and have privacy. TEFRA services can meet personally with us, or we are able to work with families throughout Alaska using electronic and mail methods.

We don't have an office space but we are based in Wasilla, Alaska.  

Our Care Coordinator adjusts her schedule based on the needs of the clients she serves.  Due to the wide variety of appointment times and meeting locations, we do not have set business hours. 

We strive to reserve Fridays for paperwork processing.
